Our Elite Volleyball Training is based on our
results-oriented 6-week curriculum

Week of…

June 25th Emphasis on overall strength training and hip mobility to enable better court movement and speed. Focusing on low impact static jump training as well as dynamic jump training along with core strength exercises that help to strengthen arm swing speed for serving and attacking.
July 2
4th of July Week
Open Gym Times available – No classes
July 9 Emphasis on Control of Serving and attacking with ball contact exercises. There will also be a continued focus on jump training that will include both static and dynamic jump training as well as hip mobility.
July 16 Timing of Serving and attacking along with arm swing speed work.
July 23 Movement and strategy of serving and attacking.
July 30 Multi-skill drills that will incorporate the entire arm swing and jump training that has been introduced throughout the course.
Aug 6 Video Analysis – Re-evaluation of Jump Training, Velocity, and Accuracy as well as fitness assessment
Aug 13 Make-up week for those who missed some training time. Schedule TBA
